Since February is the month of Love, we are posting the Top 50 Love Songs of All Time with the word “love” in them. This comes from Billboard’s Hot 100 Hits.

The music covers all seven decades of the Hot 100’s history. You might say it’s proof that while musical fads change with every generation, love songs will never go out of style.

Rankings are based on actual performance on the weekly Billboard Hot 100 chart. A point system is used depending on whether the song was No. 1 or No. 100 and everything in between.
